Please take note of these Terms of Service: they are here to help us all to operate under clear rules, and are designed to protect both parties within a clear and fair framework.
1. Purchase and Payment
A course is considered to have been purchased when payment is made online.
Access keys will only be issued after confirmed payment has been received.
2. Cancellation
You may request a cancellation/refund up to 5 days from the purchase date, when purchased on this site.
A 14-day refund policy is available for purchases through selected partners/third party advertising platforms.
No refund shall be given where the learner has accessed the course or any part of it.
Where a refund is due for any reason, it shall be made within 14 days from the date of acknowledgement by ZandaX.
3. License Terms
The purchase of a license enables one user to access the content for 12 months from the date of activation.
A course can be activated at any time within 12 months from the issue of access keys.
Usage is not transferable to other users or email addresses.
ZandaX reserve the right to cancel licenses for all courses held by a user, without notice and with no refund payable, in the event that these terms are contravened.
4. Severability
If a provision of these Terms of Service is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other
provision of these Terms and Conditions.
This shall not apply if the deletion of such provision would result in such a material change so as to cause completion of the intended transactions to be unreasonable.
